Namak Issk Ka

A contrasting love story set in Mumbai, India, Namak Issk Ka is about Rishabh who is the son of a reputable builder, and Chamcham who is a mere dancer. Despite the sleazy reputation that dance girls have, Chamcham is extremely dignified, and treats dance as a revered art. Rishabh’s married brother Raunak falls desperately for Chamcham despite having a child, and decides to leave his pregnant wife for her. Unaware of this, Chamcham flees to Bombay to escape her life, and runs into Raunak who offers her a job and also promises to marry her.

Rishabh hates Chamcham for wreaking havoc in his brother’s life, and manipulates her into marrying him instead to save his brother’s marriage. The entire family now makes Chamcham painfully aware of her status and her past, but Chamcham is determined to make the family her own. But she is unaware that she is actually an heiress to the Chaudhary family, that is Rishabh’s father’s close friends. The story follows the path of both of their secrets, the circumstances that led them to be who they are, and their failed attempts to resent each other!
