Sasural Simar Ka Season – 1

Sasural Simar Ka' is the journey of an ordinary young small town girl, Simar, who has grown up with strong middle class values. Her life takes a sharp turn when her passion for dancing clashes with the conservative values of the family. She starts chasing her dream with support from her husband, at the same time hiding it from the others in the family. This hide and seek creates many challenging situations & dilemmas, which she deals with the help of her sister Roli.

With both the sisters being married into the same family, the show deals with their trials and tribulations in trying to have a happily married life and deals with sensitive topics like infertility, sibling rivalry and resentful in-laws.
