Vish Ya Amrit Sitaara

In Indian folk tales, Vishkanyas (or poisoned damsels) were usually brought in to cause harm to their enemy. Vrinda and Kuldeep, who belong to a royal family, fall in love and get married only for Kuldeep to realize that his wife is a Vishkanya. But before he could think any further, Vrinda gives birth to a beautiful daughter, half mortal and half poison – Sitaara. Kuldeep, now aware of Vrinda’s intentions, tries to save Sitaara, but in the course of saving his daughter, Sitaara is killed by Vrinda.

She revives Sitaara, but as soon as Sitaara cames back to life, Kuldeep rescues her and takes her away from the other Vishkanyas, for her to lead a normal mortal life while imprisoning all Vishkanyas including Vrinda. Sitaara always dreamt of the place which shelters and protects the six Vishkanyas. What happens when Sitara solves this riddle and reaches this place?What is it, that Vrinda has kept as a secret for all these years?What is this rivalry which will further grow once Sitara reaches this place? And will Sitaara ever find a balance between the two different aspects of her life!
